Tower Crew Lead

SBA Communications is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure, looking for a Tower Crew Lead to supervise and perform construction duties on a daily basis.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED
• 5+ years tower construction background
• Ability to read blueprints, details and specifications
• Knowledge of Test Equipment, Sweep, PIM & Fiber, and Certification in each
• Knowledge of standard knots
• English Language Fluency Required
• Ability to climb to heights of up to 500 feet
• Intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software
• Valid Government Issued Driver's License
• Domestic Travel 90% of the time
