We are seeking a Buyer Mechanical to source, negotiate, and purchase equipment/services in line with budget, schedule, quality, and technical project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of Engineering or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Buyer with an Oil and Gas or EPC company.

Requirements

• Lead the tender process in a fair manner
• Ensure that Vendor Qualification process is performed as per SBM rules
• Fully document the tendering process
• Set up package strategy with close coordination of Package Manager
• Perform financial/commercial analysis of the current scenarios
• Conduct internal contract check points all along the Purchase Order execution
