Job Description
Scale's Enterprise Applications business is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to guide customers through the entire AI deployment lifecycle, from initial conversations to scaling groundbreaking GenAI solutions. This role focuses on building client relationships, ensuring exceptional execution, and driving measurable business outcomes. It's a highly collaborative position, requiring a blend of customer strategy, operations, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
- Technical background (CS, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or STEM field) and experience in GenAI solutions.
- Proven track record in building and expanding client relationships.
- Ability to understand ML concepts and build strong technical customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
