Job Description
Scale is seeking a highly experienced Research Lead for its Security & Policy Research Lab to drive research on frontier AI models and safeguarding AI systems. The team will research ways to improve AI security, resilience, and governance, focusing on robust AI models, control protocols, and risk evaluations. This is a critical role bridging the gap between research and policy.
