Job Description
Scale is expanding its Finance team to support the rapidly growing Generative AI business. The role seeks a high-performing Finance athlete with 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams, developing financial insights, building scalable systems, and conducting financial analyses for new initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Business Operations
- 2 years of investment banking experience at a top-tier firm
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency in SQL or Business Intelligence tools
- Familiarity with Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or other planning systems
