Job Description
Scale is seeking an experienced Trust & Safety Product Manager to lead the product efforts for a fintech platform supporting Contributor ecosystems. The role focuses on building fraud detection tools and ensuring a positive user experience while growing the Scale platform. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap execution, data analysis, collaboration with teams, and building comprehensive tools for fraud mitigation and risk management. The ideal candidate will combine domain expertise, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management in the tech industry
- 3+ years of experience in the Risk/Trust & Safety/Fraud domains
- Strong understanding of new and emerging fraud vectors enabled by AI
- Experience working in a high-growth, consumer-facing Marketplace business
- Experience in iterative, agile software delivery, with short release cycles
- Strong business acumen and analytical experience
