Bookkeeper & Finance Operations Specialist

The company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Finance Operations Specialist to support its growing ecommerce operations. The candidate will maintain accurate financial records, manage reconciliations, process payments, and prepare financial data to support cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Maintain and record daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, and other platform payouts
• Monitor fees, chargebacks, refunds, and payment processor reports
• Prepare financial reports for Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting
