- Collect data, analyze it, document processes, and maintain and update reports.
- Study current processes in the department/company, identify processes and issues that need improvement, and propose enhancements.
- Create reports necessary for improving inventory management, marketing activities, and pricing, as well as optimizing logistics and inventory costs.
- Analyze and forecast sales, and predict demand for new directions.
- Monitor key performance indicators for the purchasing department in the company.
- Prepare presentations using graphs and charts.
