Job Description
We're hiring a Video Editor & Motion Designer to create clean, engaging videos from recorded footage and work on two types of projects: ScaleMath Studios and Advisory & Services.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos or long-form educational content
- Strong editorial judgment: pacing, structure, clarity, and storytelling
- Motion design ability (After Effects or equivalent) for clean, modern, functional animation
- High attention to detail across cuts, timing, audio, and on-screen text
- Strong taste: you know what looks modern vs outdated
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistently
