UX Researcher - Remote - ONLY MEXICO

Scalepex is a nearshore services firm seeking a UX Researcher to help them understand user behaviors and preferences. The role involves designing user research studies, analyzing data, collaborating with design and product teams, and presenting findings to stakeholders. This position offers opportunities to contribute directly to product design and strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on UX research experience
• Proficiency in various research methods and tools
• Experience with remote research tools and platforms
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
