The role involves administrative duties, accounting responsibilities (invoices, billing, tax filings), and using accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics SL. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Provide daily administrative support to sales and management teams.
- Perform data entry and manage accounting systems.
- Invoice management, billing, and tax filings.
- Support with schedules and task prioritization.
- Utilize Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM/accounting platforms.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desirable).
- Strong understanding of invoices, billing, sales tax, and reconciliations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written English skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable using task management tools

- Availability to work full-time within U.S. time zones.
