Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, process support, or data/analytical role.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning operational/ERP/CRM software.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Professional remote work environment and reliable internet.
- Availability to work full-time within U.S. time zones (PST, CST, or EST).
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable using task management and communication tools.
- Introductory video submission required as part of the hiring process.
