Recruiter (Remote) - Europe

Scalesource is seeking an experienced Recruiter to source and manage remote talent through LinkedIn and other platforms. This role involves full support of sales efforts, client interaction, and ensuring timely candidate follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong remote work experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on remote talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2), Spanish preferred.
• Prior experience working in a fully remote setting.
• Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Self-management skills, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Professional remote work setup and reliable internet.
