Video Content Ninja - Podcast & AI Video - Full-Time, Remote - USA

We are seeking a highly energetic Video Editor + Content Producer to build a global podcast audience and create impactful video content. The role focuses on the entire lifecycle of podcast and video production, managing content creation, editing, and promotion across various platforms. This is a fully remote position with a focus on results and working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years editing podcast, YouTube, or social video content
• Sharp eye for pacing, hooks, retention, and thumbnails
• Fluency in Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent
• Experience posting natively across major platforms (YouTube, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, etc.)
• Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
