Scaleway is seeking a Senior Tech Writer to lead documentation strategy, combining technical writing, project management, and cross-team collaboration. The role involves documenting products like AI and cloud infrastructure, ensuring quality and accessibility. Scaleway is a leading player in the European market focused on secure, sustainable infrastructures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Writer
- Mastery of Git/GitHub, Markdown, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and OpenAPI/Swagger
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (IaaS, Kubernetes, Object Storage)
- Experience with static site generators (MkDocs or Docusaurus) and CI/CD documentation pipelines
- Knowledge of SEO basics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Amplitude)
- Proactive communication skills
- Empathetic and curious approach to developers and users
- Independent and ownership-driven individual
