Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an accountant, you will be responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in closing process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize general ledger and closing processes.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of accounting experience
• 2 years of closing & reporting experience and general ledger reconciliations
• Experience with SAP (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)
• Good understanding of financial accounting and reporting, local GAAP and IFRS principles
• Proactive and curious mindset
• Good time management to handle closing deadlines
