We are seeking an Inventory Management Lead to join our Supply Chain Planning team. The role involves leading and developing a team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring material planning and purchasing processes are in place to support operational and production continuity.
Requirements
- Lead and develop the Material Management team
- Support the development of tools and processes for an end-to-end Planning department
- Participate in the S&OP process, providing input and scenario planning
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
- Develop best practices for material availability, planning systems logic, and team development
- Analyze inventory for shortages and expiring components to reduce waste
- Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and conformance to production schedules
- Align inventory and financial objectives with the Planning department
- Design and implement strategies to improve service levels and supplier utilization
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate new product rollouts and coordinate product discontinuations
- Analyze supplier performance and lead quarterly business reviews
