Requirements

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the department
• Collaborate closely with the department manager to support various initiatives and administrative support
• Participate in management meetings, taking notes, and summarizing key decisions
• Drive projects within your area of responsibility, contributing to the department's success
• Coordination of Department meeting calendar
• Coordination of Department Head's calendar
• Various cooperation with other assistants
