Job Description
Scania is looking for a structured and communicative Payroll Administrator to join the Payroll team in People Services Sweden. The role involves handling incoming cases, quality control, support to employees and managers, registry maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvements.
Requirements
- YH-education in payroll (1.5-2 years)
- at least 2 years of practical experience in the entire payroll process
- at least 5 years of experience in operational payroll work
- good knowledge of laws and regulations within the payroll area
- experience of various collective agreements
- comfortable speaking and writing in both Swedish and English
- experience with SD Worx payroll system and the Technical Agreement (merit)
