Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Payroll Specialist
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and collective agreements
• Experience working with payroll processes
• Experience working closely with systems, integrations, and digital workflows
• Experience in project management and process development
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Team player with strong service orientation and genuine commitment to work
