People Services Specialist

We are looking for a People Services Specialist to join the People Services team in our Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk. As a People Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information and resolve cases independently
• Experience in HR operations or shared services
• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and knowledge of relevant labor regulations
