Service Advisor - Alblasserdam

We are looking for a Service Advisor to work in our workshop in Alblasserdam, Netherlands. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operation of the service reception and meeting customer service needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in relevant sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
• Sterk in zelfstandig werken, maar ook een teamspeler
• Goede communicatie en teamwork
