We are looking for a new team member to support our Scania service in Brno. The ideal candidate will be able to handle tasks independently and ensure their completion with a successful outcome.
Requirements
- Managing assigned service activities from receipt of repair requests to delivery of completed work to customers
- Short-term and long-term planning of service activities
- Communication with customers, mechanics, and warehouse staff
- Active monitoring of repairs, installations, workshop, vehicles, equipment, etc.
- Administrative agenda management, including invoicing
- Maintaining customer contact post-repair vehicle delivery
