Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership and distribution network development within the EMEA region
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
- Proficiency in at least one additional European language
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage a regional portfolio
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time
