SALES MANAGER (CHENGDU OR CHONGQING, CHINA)

At ScentAir, we elevate experiences for diverse businesses through our innovative scent solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to work in Chengdu or Chongqing, China, to identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management, marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of sales-related experience
• Proven success in sales within industries such as hotels, hospitality, commercial complexes, or chain retailers
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop new accounts
• Solid experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
• Positive attitude and strong self-motivation
• Strong communication skills, able to listen well and connect with people at all levels
• Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on prioritization and time management
• Proficient in logical problem-solving, data analysis, and attentive to numerical details
• Capable of understanding and clearly conveying relevant business and technical information to various audiences
• Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
• Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Proficient in both written and spoken Putonghua and English
