Job Description
Schaeffler, a family-run technology company with an international focus, is seeking a student/intern to assist in improving a production line based on Lean management principles for the winter semester 2025. The role involves design, implementation, problem-solving, and support in shop floor operations. The company values diversity, innovation and respect.
Requirements
- Degree with a technical orientation (manufacturing, engineering economics, etc.)
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Good English skills (an advantage)
- Experience in manufacturing is an advantage
- Safe handling of MS Office
