Job Description
Schaeffler is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Engineer to lead the development of friction motors and hollow cup motors in robotics. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and improving these motors, collaborating with other departments, and documenting project progress. The ideal candidate will have a background in robotics and engineering, including independent team leadership and software knowledge.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in designing and developing friction motors and hollow cup motors
- Experience with robot-related project development, from zero to one
- Ability to independently establish a team for motor design development
- Deep knowledge of the motor engineering and electrical engineering domains
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields (electrical or engineering)
