Job Description
As Office Manager at Schlafender Hase, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of daily business and support our team on important projects. You will be the first point of contact for external matters, manage the central email inbox, receive visitors, and organize meetings, travel, and events.
Requirements
- Completed education in the commercial sector, hotel management, tourism management or comparable
- At least 3 years of practical experience in office management, as a team assistant or in a comparable position
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Resilient, with very good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- High level of self-initiative and commitment to the completion of various tasks
- Confident, friendly, and professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
