Develop and implement promotional strategies, collaborate with regional sales, provide training and resources, break down sales targets, and track completion. Requires good organizational and communication skills, with a deep understanding of the industrial automation market and products.
Requirements
- Develop and implement promotional strategies for each production line
- Collaborate with regional sales to visit key clients and explore customer opportunities
- Provide relevant training and resources to regional sales to increase sales revenue and enhance sales capabilities
- Break down sales targets for each production line and distribute them to major areas and individual sales
- Track completion of sales targets regularly
