Job Description
Job Description- Project & Offer Quality leader for Schneider Electric’s SP Business Unit. Responsibilities include establishing project quality plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading offer end-to-end quality management.
Requirements
- Establish the Project Quality Plan and Quality Target
- Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed
- Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes
- Lead any quality cases from filed and drive for 8D problem solving process
- Define and deploy the RMA/TEX process and monitor the implementation
- Support CS&Q Chapter for squad quality members capability activities
- In charge of Manufacture Quality Management by quality coaching / regular quality report review / onsite audit to ensure stability
