We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot) to manage the end-to-end HubSpot lifecycle, including workflow automation, email campaigns, lead generation, and reporting. This role requires strong technical expertise, marketing operations experience, and analytical skills to drive efficiency. HubSpot’s core is as the backbone of the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, and API integrations)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for HubSpot customization
- Proven expertise in marketing automation: workflow design, lead scoring, A/B testing, and nurture campaigns
- Experience in CRM integrations and E-commerce (Shopify preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Basic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, etc.)
- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus
