Oversees all frozen Bakery Plant production at Schnucks Bakery Plant, located at 8590 Page Ave, St Louis, MO 63114. Responsibilities include production planning, overseeing operations, staff management, budget and cost control, quality and safety, collaborating and reporting.
Requirements
- Production planning: Creates and maintains production schedules to meet demand, manage resource allocation, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Overseeing operations: Hands-on manager of day-to-day operations of the Bakery Plant manufacturing facility to ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff management and Teammate Development: Manage, train, develop and motivate production teams, conduct performance reviews, and oversee ongoing training.
- Budget and cost control: Create and manage production budgets, estimate costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses and increase productivity.
- Quality and Safety: ensures quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards, policies and compliance are adhered to.
- Collaborating and Reporting: Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Tracks and reports production quantities, and corrective and preventive actions.
