Summer Intern 2026 - Operations

Schnucks' Summer Intern Program is an immersive corporate internship based in our St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. Interns gain real-world experience in their designated department, and collaborate on a cross-functional, inter-disciplinary group project to present at the end of the summer.

Requirements

• Leadership/ownership of assigned Industrial Engineering projects
• Time and motion studies, data collection, research, and analysis
• Hands-on learning and application of the Schnucks WORX system
• Support all areas of Store Operations with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Cross-functional group project collaborating with other interns
