Afternoon Warehouse Lead - $21.50 per hour

Scholastic Book Fairs is searching for a Warehouse Lead to help our managers guide our warehouse team in accomplishing their goal of creating Book Fairs of the highest quality for shipment to our local schools.

Requirements

• Lead warehouse team to ensure maximum efficiency in daily tasks and special projects
• Prepare daily associate work/task assignments and assist with production planning
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid out-of-stock situations
• Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills to lead other employees
• Meet minimum production, accuracy, and quality standards for all work performed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
• Operate motorized pallet jacks upon successful completion of the SBF powered equipment program
• Perform other duties or tasks associated with other position descriptions as part of individual and team development
