Job Description
Schonfeld is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their Front-Office Technology Team. The role focuses on building real-time Market Data Hub, P&L, and Historical Market Data, integrating with front-office vendor systems, and contributing to platform improvements. The position requires a proactive individual who enjoys solving problems and improving processes. Team collaboration and continuous learning are emphasized.
Requirements
- At minimum, 5+ years of Java/Python development experience
- Expertise in building real-time market data services
- Expertise in fixed income products (FX, interest rates, credit)
- Expertise with Kubernetes design and architecture
- Experience leading technical initiatives
- Experience with Kafka (or similar messaging/streaming middleware)
- Excellent communication skills
