Business Unit Director (Global)

We are looking for a Business Unit Director (Global) to lead our internationally operating business unit and develop a commercial strategy that capitalizes on international market opportunities.

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level, preferably in business administration, commercial economics, HR, or organizational development.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in commercial and leadership roles in an international context.
• Proven track record in developing commercial strategies and achieving revenue growth.
• Experience in consultancy, L&D, or professional services.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; experienced in steering with KPIs and dashboards.
• Convincing towards both executives and clients, fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
