Learning Specialist

Schouten Company is a successful international company in developing and training people, teams and organizations to remain relevant and moving. New Heroes Academy is looking for a Learning Specialist to develop online and physical training that helps participants directly in their work. The role involves developing learning products, didactic design, quality assurance, further development of formats, innovation, stakeholder management, adoption and ambassadors.

Requirements

• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience with developing learning solutions (online and offline)
• Education Science/Education Science or comparable
• Familiar with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise (and Storyline)
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva
• Experience with animation tools such as Vyond (an advantage)
• Ability to underpin didactic choices, convert content into creative (blended) formats and explore the boundaries of what learning can be today
• Creativity in writing and visualization
• Data-driven and curious
• Proactive and decisive
• Flexible in planning (balance private/work)
• Available 32-40 hours per week
