As a Service Excellence Center employee, you will be the indispensable link that provides participants with a hassle-free experience – from registration to certification. You will guide participants with their questions and provide a warm and professional contact via phone, email or digital channels.
Requirements
- A completed MBO education and experience in an administrative or service-oriented function.
- Experience or affinity with CRM systems and the ambition to work with new technologies, such as AI tools.
- Service-orientedness from the heart: you don't think in questions, but directly in solutions.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Flexibility and resilience: you switch effortlessly between different tasks and priorities.
- Availability between 24 and 40 hours per week.
