Business Development Manager South West (all genders)

As Business Development Manager for the South West region, you will identify new customer potentials, develop existing partnerships, and drive targeted growth forward. You will focus on the strategic expansion of our controlled business in Germany, especially in the areas of sea and air freight.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in field sales or business development
• Experience in the sea and air freight logistics sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Pipeline and funnel management skills
• Knowledge of TMS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
