Job Description
The Fleet Personnel Officer implements and monitors all recruiting activities and processes for assigned vessels, ensuring timely and accurate meeting of requirements. The role involves liaising with crew, identifying training needs, and ensuring environmental compliance policies are upheld.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Certificate in Maritime relevant field
- 5 years of experience as Fleet Personnel Officer in maritime recruiting and crew management
