Management Trainee (Technical) (m/f/d)

The Schulte Group Management Trainee Program is a two-year program that provides university and maritime academy graduates with a holistic overview of the company's various offices and subsidiaries. The program includes rotations, project work, and experiences onboard a vessel and at a shipyard.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institute in Naval Architecture, Engineering or a similar discipline
• Maritime qualification/background is advantageous
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Team-oriented with good communication and analytical skills
• Interested in working in an international environment
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate abroad
