We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support our financial and organizational department in Dortmund. The ideal candidate has a commercial training or comparable qualification, experience in the commercial or accounting-related field, and is comfortable with Microsoft Office and other software. The role involves administrative tasks, accounting, and organizational work, and requires a structured and reliable working method.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the commercial, administrative or accounting-related field
• Experience with personnel software (Personio), agency software (MOCO) and accounting software (DATEV) is advantageous but not necessary
• Very structured, independent and reliable working method
• High discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good numerical understanding and organizational strength
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
