We are looking for a Machine Operator / Production Leader / Production Staff to carry out necessary maintenance and cleaning tasks, achieve daily performance targets, and analyze deviations or disruptions. The ideal candidate has completed training in the field of food or technology, knowledge of deep-frozen baked goods, and a structured working style.

Requirements

• Knowledge and skills in the field of deep-frozen baked goods

• High stress tolerance
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift system (6/3 model)
