Requirements
- Ideally completed studies (e.g. business administration, HR) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the personnel department, particularly in the control of HR service providers
- Very good knowledge of the statutory regulations of employee leasing (ANÜ) and experience with Master-Vendor models
- Experience in dealing with Vendor Management systems and ideally with applicant management tools (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Negotiation-safe German and fluent English
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills as well as a structured and integrated working method
