Requirements

• Ideally completed studies (e.g. business administration, HR) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the personnel department, particularly in the control of HR service providers
• Very good knowledge of the statutory regulations of employee leasing (ANÜ) and experience with Master-Vendor models
• Experience in dealing with Vendor Management systems and ideally with applicant management tools (e.g. SuccessFactors)
• Negotiation-safe German and fluent English
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills as well as a structured and integrated working method
