Requirements
- Completed vocational training, ideally with further training to master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience in production, at least 2-5 years in a leading position
- Outstanding leadership behavior, communication skills, and organizational talent
- Secure application of problem-solving techniques (e.g. 5W, fishbone diagram)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, as well as ideally SAP and a MES
- Willingness to work continuously, including weekends
