Job Description
Schwebel Baking Company is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to monitor and ensure proper sanitation throughout the facility. The role requires float between all 3 shifts and involves ensuring equipment is clean and safe for production. Must be self-directed and able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Prior industrial or high-speed food manufacturing and supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and train employees.
- Self-directed and able to work without close supervision.
- Willingness to work varied shifts.
- Solid foundation in food processing manufacturing (preferably baking).
- Union plant experience preferred.
