Job Description
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a professional and detail-oriented IT Technician to support our IT-related systems in Pullman, WA. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Resolve IT support requests from basic to moderate complexity
- Deploy and support software and hardware systems
- Provide excellent customer service using various communication skills
- Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics
- Follow work instructions and create and maintain IT documentation
