Requirements

• Full barrister (m/d/w) with two above-average law degrees
• Experience in commercial law, ideally in a law firm or legal department
• Solid knowledge of trademark law, patent law, copyright and competition law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, careful and problem-solving work style
• High level of engagement and team ability
• Negotiating German and English skills
