We are seeking a full-service lawyer specializing in Labor Law for a boutique office in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia. The role involves client consultation, document preparation, trade union representation, court representation, and training. This is a hybrid position.

Requirements

• Full-fledged lawyer (m/f/d) with two exceptionally completed legal faculties
• Several years of professional experience in the area of labor law, ideally in a law firm or legal department
• Solid knowledge of individual and collective labor law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, careful and problem-solving working style
• High degree of commitment and teamwork skills
• Negotiating fluent German and English skills
