Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or specialized engineering degree in metallurgy or materials science
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar function in the development of processes in the production of steel, metal alloys, and recognized expertise in liquid steel
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the field of steel and liquid metals, liquid steel treatment, metallurgy industry, casting floor, and ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- French, English, including technical mastery
- Leadership, autonomy, curiosity, agility, persuasion, and strong proposal skills
- Great capacity for communication in both written and oral
